A 100% compostable and biodegradable lid that fits our both our low-profile deli bowls, 600ml and 700ml. Clear PLA Bioplastic looks just like regular plastic but it offers an eco-friendly alternative to the conventional take-away plastic container. The carbon footprint of Ingeo™ bioplastic is up to 75% smaller than conventional plastics such as PET.

Environmental qualities: Certified compostable in a industrial composting facility. Made from PLA Bioplastic, which is a renewable material instead of oil. Technically can be recycled although there are currently no recycling facilities for PLA in Australia - we look forward to that in the future.
