These are new style 100% compostable 1000 ml lunchbox bases. Lids are available that have tight, fold-under wings that keep the lid attached to the base in an extremely tight and effective fit. The eco friendly lunch boxes are made from a renewable waste resource, sugarcane pulp or Bagasse. Bagasse is the waste fibre that is reclaimed after sugar has been extracted from the cane. Sturdy and versatile, these lunchboxes are perfect for festivals, markets and any environmentally responsible catering event. Bases are microwave safe and can withstand up to 220 degrees for 20 minutes. The biocane lunchboxes are also freezer and refrigerator friendly. The BioCane range is Certified compostable in both industrial composting facility and home compost to Australian Standards AS4736 and AS5810 and European standard EN13432.
