Help: ordering, freight, delivery times

  • 1.    Can I collect my order from you?

    Yes, you certainly can.

    Our shop is located in Hurstbridge, in the N-E outskirts of Melbourne (near Eltham).

    You are also welcome to organise a friend or relative to collect for you.

    If you are ordering bulk amounts of catering supplies (full box amounts only), you can organise with us to collect from our shop in Hurstbidge, or from our warehouses in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Canberra, Perth or Brisbane.

    Just remember - if your order is 4+ boxes of Biopak excluding wooden cutlery and napkins, and you are in a Metro area, you would get free freight anyway.


  • 2.    Do you sell overseas?

    Generally speaking, no we don't. The exceptions are that we sometimes sell to New Zealand and sometimes to some of the islands off the coast of Australia. In these special cases we need your address up front, as we then have to go to the post office to get a quote, which we then bring back to you before confirming the order.


  • 3.    Can you delay sending my order until a specific date?

    Absolutely - just add a note in the order comments section telling as much detail as you can- eg. what date you want it to arrive at the destination.


  • 4.    Can I track my order once it's been sent?

    Yes. If your order was posted from our shop, you will have recieved an Australia Post tracking email.

    If your order was for bulk catering supplies, ask us to track it for you and we can do so very quickly.

  • 6.    My order is more than $100, will it be free freight?

    Our Free Freight terms and conditions here. Basically it depends on a couple of things....the weight of your order and the destination. For example, your order might be more than $100 but over the weight limit (5kg Aust wide or 20kg Metro Melb), and so you don't qualify for free freight. Bulky items such as boxes of Catering Ware and Bokashi bins don't qualify for free freight because their cubic weight is too high.


  • 7.    I need my order shipped ASAP, what do I do?

    First, leave us a note in the 'order comment' field letting us know which date you need it to arrive by. If the time frame is really short, it can't hurt to call us as well and let us know it needs to go out asap.


  • 8.    Do you have any other outlets?

    No, just our shop-front in Hurstbridge and our webshop. Some other retailers will stock the same products as we stock.


  • 9.    Can I do a direct cash payment for my order into the bank?

    Yes you can - but it's really important to ask the bank to put a reference on the payment so we know it is from you. You could add your name or the order number.


  • 10.    Where exactly is your shop in Hurstbridge?

    We are in the middle of the main street in Hurstbridge, in between Tasty Thai and Hurstbridge Liquor, opposite the Hurstbridge butchers.


  • 11.    I ordered and paid but never received an order confirmation email

    Occasionally a customer might enter a small error into the email address which means it is un-deliverable. These emails get RTS to us. If you have left your phone number on the order we will always call you if this happens. If you have not left a phone number and the email is RTS we are stuck!! If you don't hear from us, please call to touch base!
