The home energy efficiency advisory service course was very well paced over the three days. The course was presented in a collaborative style learning environment, which was very helpful as it also enabled learned experiences from people within the group and contacts to be forged. A substantial number of valuable resources were provided both as part of the course and also within shared folders that Lucinda continued to update even after the course finished. Lucinda is very knowledgeable and has continued to stay in touch and to provide help if needed. Would thoroughly recommend this course.
