Delivery & Payment
Access to a wide range of products, with the convenience of delivery to your doorstep.
- Our aim is to log all email orders within 48 (business) hours and despatch within 3 working days of your order being recieved. If we are out of a stock item or expect any other delay, we will email or call you to let you know.
- All prices quoted on this website may change without notice
- Postage/freight will be added to all orders (unless collected from us); rates based on Australia Post rates plus a $1.50 packing/handling fee per order
- All prices are inclusive of GST
- Some retail items attract a discount if purchased by the box; we also offer wholesale pricing for orders of $500 or more of our catering range and some of our office range.
Postage/freight and packing/handling fees
- You are welcome to arrange collection direct from our shop in Hurstbridge (no fee)
- $4.20 flat fee for postage & handling for orders under 250gm in weight within Metro Melbourne
- $7.00 flat fee for postage & handling for orders under 500gm in weight within Metro Melbourne
- $8.70 flat fee for postage & handling for orders over 500gm but under 20kg within Metro Melbourne
- For postage/delivery and handling costs outside Metro Melbourne or for large wholesale orders, please request a quote (we use Australia Post, TNT or Green Light Couriers depending on destination, weight and urgency)

Returns policy
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you think a product you purchase from us is faulty, broken or damaged, please advise us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will either replace the item or refund the full purchase amount.
- If for any other reason you realise that what you purchased is not what you wanted, we will accept it back within 7 days of recieving your purchase (unused and unwashed and in new condition with original packaging). We will refund the full purchase amount (buyer pays postage/freight cost to return it to us).
- If there is any other reason you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will do our very best to solve the problem. We want our customers to be happy with both our products and our service!
