- A discount may apply for bulk orders (more than 200 pieces) or wholesale (by the box) orders of certain items
Postage/delivery and handling fees
- You are welcome to arrange collection direct from us in Hurstbridge (no fee)
- $4.40 flat fee for postage/delivery and handling to suburbs within the boundary of Hurstbridge, Eltham, Panton Hill and Yarrambat
- $6.60 flat fee for postage/delivery and handling for orders under 500gm in weight to all other areas within Metro Melbourne
- $9.90 flat fee for postage/delivery and handling for orders over 500gm but under 20kg to for orders to all other areas within Metro Melbourne
- FREE delivery for retail orders of over $200 (weighing less than 20kg) to anywhere within Metro Melbourne
- For postage/delivery and handling costs outside Metro Melbourne, please request a quote (we use Australia Post, TNT or Green Light Couriers depending on destination, weight and urgency)

Returns policy
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you think a product you purchase from us is faulty, broken or damaged, please advise us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will either replace the item or refund the full purchase amount.
- If for any other reason you realise that what you purchased is not what you wanted, we will accept it back within one month of purchase (unused and unwashed and in new condition with original packaging). We will refund the full purchase amount (buyer pays for all shipping costs).
- If there is any other reason you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will do our very best to solve the problem. We want our customers to be happy with both our products and our service!
